NOTE !  All issues covered in this Website-Book are predicated on both U.K. Law and Irish Law. This, notwithstanding the fact that the actual Financial Analysis Cases used are from Irish Financial Services Institutions; this is because I could only safely use Cases that I could personally stand over and for which I have acquired hard copies of all the necessary information.

My friend, Kristjan Aitsen, left me the above-pinned Note.

He's dead now, so I haven't removed it.

Kristjan died suddenly, on New Year's Day 2013, from a highly aggressive form of multiple sclerosis. He was only 34.



Kristjan Aitsen was from Estonia, a man of great intelligence and with the blackest sense of humour. It was Kristjan who used his computer skills to set up this website for me.
