2.10 UNTOUCHABLE! : A Preliminary Appraisal
In the context of the Law we will now apply an initial appraisal of the situation as related in Chapter 1, i.e. to the circumstances giving rise to the Endowment Mortgage Contract entered into by my wife and I.
Note! At the end of each Chapter, under the heading ‘Untouchable!’, we will analyse the many breaches of Common Law and Statute Law that have been exposed throughout that Chapter. Each of these breaches is individually correlated, by back-reference, to the relevant Sections of Chapter 2, the chapter on Law. While the main purpose of this correlation is to facilitate the use of this website-book in preparing a Legal Action, I want you to continually look back and read the Sections referred to, until you become so familiar with The Weapons of Law that YOU, as an individual, will have become a formidable adversary in your own right.
