My wife and I never signed, nor were we ever asked to sign, any document that referred to or incorporated THE POLICY Conditions, or our understanding of said Conditions, or our acceptance of said Conditions. These Policy Conditions were delivered to us AFTER the time of contract.


Therefore, any limiting clause present in the contract conditions should have been brought to our attention prior to the time or at the time the contract was made.
